freememegen is provided free, as-is. You are responsible for the images and captions you create and for having permission to use any uploaded image.

Do not use the tool for unlawful harassment, impersonation, abuse, or infringement. Template availability may change as the public catalogue changes.

Your content and output

You are responsible for reviewing AI captions and for copyright, publicity and other third-party rights. Downloading a meme does not grant rights to its template, photograph or people depicted. Selected prompts and results may appear in public examples; see our privacy policy for storage and removal requests.

Availability and liability

We may change, limit or discontinue the service. AI captions may contain mistakes or offensive content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, freememegen and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Do not bypass rate limits or overload the service.
